Refund and Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@rondevleiwild.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please take a moment to inspect your order upon delivery.
If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, contact us right away. We’ll assess the issue as quickly as possible and make sure it’s resolved to your satisfaction.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to finalize and post the refund on their side.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item first. Once your return has been received and approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
