We create a range of preserves that celebrate the simple beauty of real fruit. Our berry preserves are made from the freshest local berries, chosen for their bright flavour and natural sweetness. Alongside these, we prepare fig, quince and peach preserves, each crafted to bring out the depth and character of the fruit.

Our marmalades add a touch of citrus sunshine to the collection. We prepare orange marmalade with its classic balance of zest and sweetness, and kumquat marmalade with its lively and distinctive flavour.

Every jar is made in small batches with care and respect for the ingredients. We work with the seasons and source our fruit from trusted growers in Cape Town to ensure that each preserve carries the true taste of the harvest.
